Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and tools. Fresh mint leaves should be rinsed and gently torn to release their oils.

Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine mezcal, tequila, bourbon, port, fresh lemon juice, and demerara syrup with ice. Shake well until chilled.

Add Mint and Lime
Add the torn mint leaves and fresh lime juice to the shaker. Gently muddle to infuse the mint flavor.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Fiz Grapefruit Soda and SPREWELL Soda. Stir gently.

Garnish with a sprig of mint or a lime wheel for an extra refreshing touch. Enjoy your drink!
