Marinate the steak
Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the crushed garlic and rosemary, and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes to marinate and come to room temperature.

Preheat the grill
Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat until very hot.

Grill the steak
Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

Rest the steak
Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Slice the steak against the grain and serve with a lemon wedge and a sprinkle of chopped parsley if desired.
