Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Cook the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese ravioli and cook according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3
Make the Rosé Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and tomato sauce, stirring to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 4
Add Crab and Season
Gently fold in the lump crabmeat and season with salt and black pepper. Allow to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 5
Combine and Serve
Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet with the sauce and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
