Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Glass
Choose a chilled glass (preferably a hurricane glass or a large cocktail glass) to serve your Piña Colada.

Carefully pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.
