La Strawberry Cheesecake

In a large bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken with the chopped cabbage.

Prepare the Chicken

Stir in the Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese and Arkansaue (BBQ Mayo) until well combined.

Add Cheddar and BBQ Mayo

Add the beaten eggs to the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Add Eggs

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Grease it lightly with cooking spray or oil. Scoop the mixture into the skillet, forming patties or small fritters.

Cook the Mixture

Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Fry Until Golden

Serve warm, garnished with additional BBQ mayo if desired.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until set. Allow to cool.

Prepare the crust

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the remaining granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Beat until combined. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.

Make the cheesecake filling

Pour the cream cheese filling over the cooled crust and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Assemble the cheesecake

Slice the fresh strawberries and toss them with a tablespoon of sugar to macerate for about 15 minutes.

Once the cheesecake has set, top with the macerated strawberries and serve chilled.

Chop the fresh spinach and baby tomatoes. Grate the Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese.

Prepare the Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, grated cheddar cheese, baby tomatoes, and Dijon mustard. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Mix the Ingredients

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach and cheese mixture to the skillet, spreading it evenly. Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture.

Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the bottom is golden brown. Carefully flip the mixture to cook the other side, if desired.
