Wonton Taco Shells

Prepare the Wonton Shells
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking oil. Gently press each wonton wrapper into a muffin cup to form a taco shape.

Bake the Wonton Shells
Bake the wonton wrappers in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Ground Beef Filling

Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add Vegetables and Seasoning
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent. Stir in soy sauce, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Assemble the Tacos

Fill the Taco Shells
Spoon the cooked ground beef or mushroom filling into each baked wonton shell.

Top each taco with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, sliced jalapeños, and chopped cilantro.
