Preparation of Wonton Cups

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare Wonton Wrappers

Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking oil. Place each wonton wrapper into the muffin cups, pressing them down to form a cup shape.

  3. 3

    Bake Wontons

Bake the wonton cups in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Making the Filling

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, diced cucumber, diced avocado, sliced green onions, sesame seeds, soy sauce, and lime juice. Gently mix until well combined.

Preparing Sweet Chili Aioli

  1. 5

    Mix Aioli Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and lime juice until smooth and well blended.

Preparing Wasabi Aioli

  1. 6

    Mix Wasabi Aioli Ingredients

In another small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, wasabi paste, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Fill Wonton Cups

Spoon the shrimp filling into each baked wonton cup, generously filling them.

  2. 8

    Top with Aiolis

Drizzle or dollop the sweet chili aioli and wasabi aioli over the filled wonton cups. Serve immediately.
