Juicing Process

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash the fresh oranges and cranberries thoroughly under running water. If using frozen cranberries, there's no need to thaw them. Cut the oranges in half.

  2. 2

    Juice the Oranges

Using a citrus juicer, extract the juice from the orange halves into a large bowl or pitcher. Make sure to strain out any seeds.

  3. 3

    Blend the Pineapple and Cranberries

In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks and cranberries with 1 cup of water. Blend on high until smooth.

  4. 4

    Strain the Mixture

Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into another bowl or pitcher to remove the pulp. Use a spoon to press down on the solids to extract as much juice as possible.

  5. 5

    Combine Juices

Mix the strained pineapple and cranberry juice with the freshly squeezed orange juice. Stir well to combine.

  6. 6

    Sweeten to Taste

Taste the juice and add honey or sugar if desired. Stir until fully dissolved.

  7. 7

    Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the juice for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve chilled over ice, if desired.
