Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Set up the Breading Station
In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour in the first dish, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in the third.

Coat the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, shaking off the excess. Then dip it in the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry the Chicken Tenders
Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.

Drain the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve the chicken tenders hot with BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
