Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels or use a salad spinner to remove excess water. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons
Sprinkle the croutons over the chopped Romaine lettuce in the salad bowl.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic (finely chopped or crushed), lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
Final Assembly

Combine Salad and Dressing
Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the lettuce and croutons in the salad bowl. Toss gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

Serve
Transfer the Caesar salad to serving plates or leave in the bowl and serve immediately. Optional: Top with additional grated Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
