Add Garlic and Tomato Paste
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the tomato paste and stir to combine, cooking for another 2 minutes.

Combine Crawfish and Broth
Add the crawfish tails to the pot along with the chicken broth. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Finish the Etouffee
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Fry the Shrimp
In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot. Fry the coated shrimp in batches for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
