Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by rinsing the crab legs under cold water to remove any debris. Set them aside. Peel the potatoes and cut them into halves. Remove the husk and silk from the corn. Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Boil the Potatoes and Corn

In a large pot, fill it with water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the halved potatoes and the corn. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

  2. 3

Cook the Crab Legs and Sausage

After the potatoes and corn have cooked, add the crab legs and sausage to the pot. Boil for an additional 5-7 minutes until the crab legs are heated through and the sausage is cooked.

Serving

  1. 4

    Plate the Dish

Using tongs, carefully remove the crab legs, potatoes, corn, and sausage from the pot and place them on a large serving platter. Serve hot with melted butter or your favorite dipping sauce.
