Crust Preparation

Make the Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.

Bake the Crust
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until it is lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks until smooth and well combined.

Fill the Crust
Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Bake the pie in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes. The filling should be set but still slightly jiggly in the center. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours, or until it's firm.
