Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

While the salmon is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Toss the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

  2. 4

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and have nice grill marks.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 5

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a nice golden color.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate and Serve

Once the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Plate the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables and serve immediately.
