Making the Pizza Dough

Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add Wet Ingredients
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the water and olive oil. Stir until combined.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Roll Out the Dough
Roll out the dough into a pizza shape that's about 1/4 inch thick.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Pizza Base
Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread the Sauce
Spread the low-sodium tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.

Add Cheese and Toppings
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add the pupperoni, shredded carrots, and mashed peas.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
