Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the pistachio syrup, fresh lemon juice, gin, egg white, and simple syrup.

Dry Shake
Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15 seconds without ice to emulsify the egg white.

Wet Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Strain the drink into a highball glass filled with ice.

Top with Club Soda
Pour the club soda over the drink gently to top it off.
