Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Begin by washing the sweet potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt. Peel the sweet potatoes if desired, then cut them into small cubes (about 1-inch pieces).

Cook the Sweet Potatoes
Place the cubed sweet potatoes in a pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are fork-tender.

Drain and Mash
Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, drain them and return them to the pot. Use a potato masher or fork to mash the sweet potatoes until they are smooth and creamy.

Add the olive oil, cinnamon, peanut butter, and the whole egg to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth.
