Gather all the ingredients: Wheatley Vodka, House Bartlett Pear Cordial, fresh lemon, herbal bitters, fresh thyme, and dehydrated pear slices.
Mixing

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Wheatley Vodka, 1 oz of House Bartlett Pear Cordial, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.

Add 2 dashes of herbal bitters to the shaker.
