Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Glass
Rim a chilled rocks glass with Tajin seasoning. To do this, moisten the rim with a lime wedge and then dip it into a plate of Tajin to coat evenly.
- 2
Muddle the Basil
In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh basil leaves and gently muddle them with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their aromatic oils.
- 3
Mix the Ingredients
Add the Corazon Blanco Tequila, mango puree, and House 'Bitchin' Syrup into the shaker with the muddled basil. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- 4
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Make sure to use a fine mesh strainer if you want to leave the basil bits behind.
- 5
Garnish
Slice the charred Fresno pepper and place it on top of the drink as a garnish. Add a few drops of Satan's Tears tincture on top, adjusting to your heat preference.
