Method

Turkey Preparation

  1. 1

    Roast the Turkey

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place it in a roasting pan and roast for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Cranberry Sauce Preparation

  1. 2

    Make the Cranberry Sauce

In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens. Stir in the orange zest and set aside to cool.

Stuffing Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Stuffing

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and celery, sautéing until soft, about 5 minutes. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden.

Mayo Preparation

  1. 4

    Combine Mayo and Hot Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and hot sauce until well combined. Adjust hot sauce to taste.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Hot Bobbie®

Slice the bread rolls in half. On the bottom half, layer sliced turkey, a generous scoop of cranberry sauce, stuffing, and a dollop of spicy mayo. Top with the other half of the bread roll. Serve warm.
