American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo®

Method

American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo®

  1. 1

    Prepare the Slaw

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage and grated carrots.

  2. 2

    Make the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  3. 3

    Combine Slaw and Dressing

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots mixture. Toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Cook the Wagyu Beef

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the American Wagyu beef until it reaches your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Slaw Be Jo®

Slice the hoagie rolls in half, fill each with the cooked Wagyu beef, and top generously with the slaw mixture.

American Wagyu Roast Beef

  1. 6

    Prepare the Roast Beef

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the American Wagyu roast beef with salt and black pepper.

  2. 7

    Roast the Beef

Place the roast beef on a baking tray and cook in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 8

    Prepare the Baguette

Slice the French baguettes lengthwise, making sure not to cut all the way through.

  4. 9

    Assemble the Roast Beef Sandwiches

Spread horseradish sauce inside each baguette, layer with slices of provolone cheese, then top with thinly sliced roast beef and a handful of arugula.

  5. 10

    Finish with Olive Oil

Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the assembled sandwiches and serve immediately.
