Prepare the Strawberry Puree
In a blender, add fresh strawberries and blend until smooth to create the strawberry puree. You can strain it if you prefer a smoother texture.

Assemble the Drink
In a wine glass, pour in 3 oz of Aperol followed by 2 oz of the freshly made strawberry puree.

Add Prosecco
Slowly add 4 oz of Prosecco to the glass, pouring gently to maintain the bubbles.

Top with Club Soda
Finish the drink by adding a splash (1 oz) of club soda to the mixture.

Garnish
Using a vegetable peeler, take a strip of orange peel and twist it over the drink to release the oils, then place it on the rim of the glass.
