Dip Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt. Drain and chop the spinach coarsely.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Spinach

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.

  3. 3

    Prepare Artichokes

If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and rinse them. Chop them into small pieces.

  4. 4

    Mix the Dip

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.

  5. 5

    Add Seasonings

To the cheese mixture, add the sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

  6. 6

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  7. 7

    Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

  8. 8

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, bread, or veggies.
