Scott's Flammuekeche Recipe
Smooth garlic infused cream cheese w/ house smoked bacon, red onion, garlic oil, our own mozzarella plus a parmesan provolone blend. Topped with fresh rosemary & basil.

Prepare the Cream Base
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and minced garlic cloves. Use a hand mixer or a fork to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add Garlic Oil
Drizzle in the garlic oil and mix until fully incorporated.
Assembling the Flammekueche

Slice the Onion
Thinly slice the red onion and set aside.

Spread the Cream Base
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out your dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the garlic-infused cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle the chopped bacon, sliced red onion, mozzarella, parmesan, and provolone cheese evenly over the cream base.

Garnish
Sprinkle the fresh rosemary and basil over the top of the Flammekueche.
Baking

Bake
Place the assembled Flammekueche in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Serving

Slice and Serve
Once baked, remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice into pieces and serve warm.
