Meatballs Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.

Form Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should get approximately 12 meatballs.

Bake Meatballs
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.

Choose Your Sauce
While the meatballs are baking, choose your preferred sauce: marinara, BBQ, or honey mustard. Heat the sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.

Prepare Garlic Bread
Toast the garlic bread slices in the oven or on a skillet until golden brown.

Assemble Salad
In a bowl, toss the mixed salad greens with your choice of dressing.

Steam Vegetables
Steam your choice of vegetables until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Serve the Platter
Once the meatballs are cooked, serve three on a plate with the heated sauce drizzled on top. Add a side of garlic bread, mixed salad, and steamed vegetables.
