1. Prepare the Meatball Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

2. Form the Meatballs

Using your hands, form the meat mixture into meatballs that are about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
