Preparation

1

Prepare the BBQ Sauce

In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly.

2

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, add the smoked bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

3

Prepare the Ham and Pineapple

In the same skillet, add the Canadian ham slices and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until heated through and slightly caramelized. Add the pineapple chunks to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they are warmed and slightly golden.

Assembly

4

Combine Ingredients

On a serving platter, layer the cooked Canadian ham, crispy smoked bacon, and sautéed pineapple chunks. Drizzle generously with the prepared BBQ sauce.

5

Garnish

Sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top as a garnish before serving.
