Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill the Glass

Start by chilling your martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of your chosen liqueur (like elderflower or citrus liqueur) with 3 oz of prosecco.

  3. 3

    Add Club Soda

Add 1 oz of club soda to the shaker for some fizz.

  4. 4

    Shake or Stir

Gently stir the mixture in the shaker to combine the ingredients without losing the carbonation from the prosecco and club soda.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Glass

Empty the ice water from your martini glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Take 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary and gently slap them between your hands to release their aroma, then place them in the drink as garnish.
