Chill the Glass
Start by chilling your martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of your chosen liqueur (like elderflower or citrus liqueur) with 3 oz of prosecco.

Add Club Soda
Add 1 oz of club soda to the shaker for some fizz.

Gently stir the mixture in the shaker to combine the ingredients without losing the carbonation from the prosecco and club soda.

Take 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary and gently slap them between your hands to release their aroma, then place them in the drink as garnish.
