Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Roast the Turkey

Slow-roast the turkey breast in the oven at 325°F (163°C) for about 2 hours or until fully cooked, then let it rest before hand-pulling into pieces.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the honey-cured bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare Vegetables

Wash the lettuce leaves, slice the tomato into thin rounds, and chop the onion into thin slices.

Assembling the Sandwich

  1. 4

    Spread Mayonnaise

Take one slice of toasted bread and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly on one side.

  2. 5

    Layer the Ingredients

On the mayonnaise side of the bread, layer the hand-pulled turkey, followed by the prosciuttini ham, then the crispy bacon, and finally the provolone cheese.

  3. 6

    Add Vegetables

Top the cheese with a handful of lettuce, a few slices of tomato, and onion rings.

  4. 7

    Finish the Sandwich

Top with another slice of toasted bread, mayonnaise side down. Repeat the layers for a third slice of bread on top to create a triple-decker sandwich.

  5. 8

    Slice and Serve

Slice the sandwich diagonally into quarters and serve with chips or a pickle on the side.
