Preparation of Ingredients

Roast the Turkey
Slow-roast the turkey breast in the oven at 325°F (163°C) for about 2 hours or until fully cooked, then let it rest before hand-pulling into pieces.

Prepare Vegetables
Wash the lettuce leaves, slice the tomato into thin rounds, and chop the onion into thin slices.
Assembling the Sandwich

Spread Mayonnaise
Take one slice of toasted bread and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly on one side.

Layer the Ingredients
On the mayonnaise side of the bread, layer the hand-pulled turkey, followed by the prosciuttini ham, then the crispy bacon, and finally the provolone cheese.

Add Vegetables
Top the cheese with a handful of lettuce, a few slices of tomato, and onion rings.

Finish the Sandwich
Top with another slice of toasted bread, mayonnaise side down. Repeat the layers for a third slice of bread on top to create a triple-decker sandwich.

Slice the sandwich diagonally into quarters and serve with chips or a pickle on the side.
