Prepare the Dough

In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.

In a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour and salt.

Once the yeast is activated, add it to the dry ingredients along with olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Stir in the tomato sauce, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
Assemble the Pizzas

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into three equal portions.
