Preparing the Mini Sub

Assemble the Sub
Take the 4" mini sub roll and slice it in half lengthwise. Spread 1 tsp of mayonnaise on one side and 1 tsp of mustard on the other side.

Layer the turkey breast slices on the bottom half of the roll. Add 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of tomato, and a leaf of lettuce on top. Close the sub with the other half of the roll.
Serving the Chips

Open the bag of potato chips and pour 1 oz into a small bowl or serve directly from the bag.
