Seafood and Dressing

Method

Preparation and Assembly

  1. 1

    Cook the Seafood

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp, scallops, clams, and mussels. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, until the seafood is opaque and cooked through. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Bacon Dressing

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, add olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper. Whisk to combine and heat until warm.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine fresh lettuce and spinach. Top with the cooked seafood and sprinkle the crispy bacon on top. Drizzle the warm bacon dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
