Prepare the Glass
Rub the rim of a chilled rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip it in salt to coat the rim.

Mix the Margarita
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Herradura Silver Tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.

Shake
Shake well until the mixture is chilled, about 15 seconds.

Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
