Cook the Prawns
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, and chopped cilantro.

Mix It All Together
Add the cooked prawns to the vegetable mixture. Pour in the Valentina Hot Sauce and lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Gently toss everything together until well combined.

Chill and Serve
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the shrimp cocktail for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled with Saladitas on the side.
