Baja Seabass Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine the chopped pasilla peppers, chipotle peppers in adobo, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Seabass

Place the seabass fillets into the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Seabass

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the seabass from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Tortillas

While the seabass is cooking, warm the heirloom tortillas on a separate skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

Once the seabass is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a minute. Flake the fish into pieces and serve on the warm tortillas. Top with chopped cilantro and parsley.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the Baja seabass tacos with lime wedges on the side for extra citrus flavor.
