Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mustard Aioli

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Wood-Fired Oven

Preheat your wood-fired oven to a temperature of about 450°F (232°C).

  3. 3

    Prepare the Crab Legs

If the crab legs are frozen, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or place them in cold water for about 30 minutes. Once thawed, use kitchen shears to cut through the shell for easier access to the meat.

  4. 4

    Cook the Crab Legs

Place the prepared crab legs in the wood-fired oven for about 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are heated through and slightly charred.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the crab legs from the oven and serve them hot with drawn butter and mustard aioli on the side.
