Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the oysters and mussels under cold running water. Ensure that the oysters are tightly closed; discard any that are open and do not close when tapped.

  2. 2

    Roast the Seafood

Arrange the oysters, mussels, shrimp, king crab legs, and lobster tails on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the oysters have opened and the shrimp are pink and opaque.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Sauces

While the seafood is roasting, prepare the drawn butter, cocktail sauce, and mustard aioli. For the cocktail sauce, mix ketchup with horseradish to taste. Serve the drawn butter warm.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Seafood Tower

Once the seafood is done, carefully arrange it on a large platter or a tiered serving tower. Serve with drawn butter, cocktail sauce, and mustard aioli on the side.
