Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and lay it on top, keeping it attached at the base.

  2. 2

    Season the Lobster

Season the lobster meat with salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Bake the Lobster

Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Drawn Butter

While the lobster is baking, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Keep warm until ready to serve.

  5. 5

    Make the Mustard Aioli

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the lobster tails are done baking, remove them from the oven and serve immediately with the drawn butter and mustard aioli on the side.
