French Fries Ingredients

Method

Hot Dog Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Hot Dogs

Grill or pan-fry the Kobe beef hot dogs over medium heat until heated through and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Buns

Toast the hot dog buns on the grill or in a toaster for about 2 minutes, until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Hot Dogs

Place each hot dog in a bun, then top with yellow mustard, relish, and chopped onions.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into thin strips. Rinse under cold water to remove excess starch and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 5

    Heat the Oil

In a deep frying pan or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  3. 6

    Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the potato strips into the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 7

    Season the Fries

Sprinkle the fries with salt while they are still hot.
