Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to ensure the wings are evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Frying Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C). Make sure there is enough oil to fully submerge the wings.

Fry the Wings
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the marinated chicken wings in batches. Fry for about 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toss in Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, toss the fried wings in either Joe’s Rocket Pig Sauce or Buffalo Hot Sauce until well coated.
Serving

Plate the Wings
Serve the sauced wings hot on a platter. Arrange celery sticks on the side and offer ranch or bleu cheese dressing for dipping.
