Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meats

In a large bowl, combine the pulled pork, pulled chicken, and sliced brisket. Add half of the BBQ sauce and mix well to coat the meats evenly.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausage

Grill or pan-fry the Joe’s KC sausage links over medium heat until browned and heated through, about 6-8 minutes. Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces.

Assemble the Sandwiches

  1. 3

    Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the sandwich buns on a grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  2. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

On the bottom half of each bun, layer the pulled pork, sliced brisket, and pulled chicken mixture. Top with sliced Joe's KC sausage.

  3. 5

    Add Toppings

Drizzle the remaining BBQ sauce over the meat. Top with pickles and a generous scoop of coleslaw.

Serve

  1. 6

    Final Touch

Place the top half of the bun on each sandwich. Serve immediately while hot, with extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
