Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Asparagus

While the salmon is grilling, trim the ends of the asparagus and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them alongside the salmon for about 4-5 minutes, until tender.

  4. 4

    Make the Lemon Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Squeeze in the juice of the lemon and stir in chopped parsley. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the grilled salmon and asparagus, then drizzle with the lemon butter sauce. Enjoy your meal!
