Method

Prepare Lavash

  1. 1

    Make the Lavash Dough

In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Add olive oil and water gradually, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Roll Out the Lavash

Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball out as thinly as possible on a floured surface. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook each lavash for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Set aside.

Assemble Charcuterie Board

  1. 3

    Arrange the Meat and Cheese

On a large serving board, elegantly arrange the sliced prosciutto, salami, and smoked turkey breast. Place the aged cheddar, brie, and blue cheese in separate sections.

  2. 4

    Add Condiments

Spoon Lusty Monk mustard and grilled apple butter into small bowls and place them on the board.

  3. 5

    Add Lavash

Cut the lavash into strips or triangles and arrange them around the meats and cheeses.

  4. 6

    Serve

Invite guests to enjoy the charcuterie by pairing meats, cheeses, and condiments with lavash.
