Lobster Tail

Broccolini

Method

Lobster Tail

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and baste with the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.

Fennel Confit

  1. 2

    Make the Fennel Confit

In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over low heat. Add fennel, smashed garlic, thyme, and salt. Cook gently for about 30 minutes until the fennel is tender and caramelized. Set aside.

Clam Stewed White Beans

  1. 3

    Prepare the Stew

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté until soft, about 5-7 minutes. Add the white beans, clams, vegetable broth, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Broccolini

  1. 4

    Sauté the Broccolini

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add broccolini and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

Snow Crab Baguette

  1. 5

    Prepare the Crab Baguette

In a bowl, mix together the snow crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill. Spoon the crab mixture onto the sliced baguette and serve alongside the lobster and stew.
