Prepare the Croutons

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the bread into small cubes, about 1-inch in size.

In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until the bread is evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Make the Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.

Adjust Seasoning
Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning with additional black pepper if desired.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare the Romaine
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

In a large salad bowl, combine the torn romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently to coat the lettuce and croutons evenly with the dressing.
