Fried Alligator

1. Fry Alligator

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the alligator in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.

Blistered Shishito Peppers
