Turkey Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Turkey Wings
Rinse the turkey wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Turkey Wings
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture all over the turkey wings to coat them evenly.

Arrange in Baking Dish
Place the seasoned turkey wings in a large baking dish. Pour the chicken broth around the wings.

Bake the Turkey Wings
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. After 1 hour, remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.

Preheat the Oven
While the turkey wings are baking, preheat another oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Bake the Cornbread
Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish or a cast-iron skillet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
