Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

2

Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure that the salmon is well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3

Preheat the Grill or Oven

While the salmon is marinating, preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (about 375°F / 190°C).

4

Cook the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill or a baking sheet if using the oven. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

5

Serve

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with your choice of sides and garnish with extra dill or lemon slices if desired.
