1. Prepare the Hot Honey Mayo
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and hot honey until well combined. Set aside.
2. Cook the Burgers
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Divide ground beef into two 4 oz balls and flatten them into patties. Season both sides with Eli's dry rub. Place patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
3. Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepperjack cheese on each burger to melt.
4. Assemble the Burgers
On the bottom half of a burger bun, spread a generous amount of hot honey mayo. Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top, followed by candied jalapenos, candied onions, and lettuce. Drizzle additional hot honey on top before placing the top half of the bun.
5. Serve
Serve immediately with your favorite side.
