Burger Preparation

1. Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide into two equal portions and shape into balls.

2. Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef balls and smash them down with a spatula to form patties. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Add a slice of red dragon mustard cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

3. Prepare the Arugula

In a bowl, toss arugula with mandarin orange vinaigrette until well coated.

4. Assemble the Burger

Spread asian mayo on the bottom half of each burger bun. Place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, candied jalapenos, and the dressed arugula. Top with the other half of the bun.

5. Serve

Serve the fusion burgers immediately with your favorite sides.
